What is Christmas ?

Christmas is a very expensive holiday; save for Chinese New Year. You spend time buying the perfect gift for your loved ones, regardless of how it cost. We associates Christmas with Santa Clause, Christmas trees, presents and an idylic white winter snow. Well since I'm in Malaysia white is not applicable, its either sunny or rainy; your pick. So back to the question, what is Christmas?

Well for ur Roman Catholics, it is as not as important as Easter, but it still plays on important role in out lives, for Christmas is the begining of the new Catholic year. Its is closely related to the birth of Jesus. For without Christmas, there is no such thing as Christianity. What we love so much is nothing without Christmas. But for us Catholics, without Easter, Jesus will be like a normal human being, there is no salvation.

Well tome christmas is about reliasing the here is a boy,destined to be our saviour. That innocent boy will be crucified on a cross in public, rejected by the people that he was sent to save. Well what do we do on his birthday, we fuss about what to buy?, and about the preparations that is needed for that BIG party. We should instead be glad that we are in the presence of our friends and family. Maybe that is what He would want his birthday to be celebrated.

For me, I'm gonna becdifferent this year, no more wishing for the lavish presents, but instead I wanna be glad that I have so much good friends over the years. To much to be named, but their deeds are never forgotten. Maybe in a way, there are like Jesus reaching out to me, through my friends. No to forget to, my family, there are the one who have raised me from birth. Beside that I have much to be glad over the years, this one in particular.

Well, this year Christmas is gonna be different, I hope. Thats all folks. Well have a very blessed Christmas,and may all you be blessed during that day with the warmth of God an your family.

A poet I met one day,
Thru acquaintance one would say,
For she speaks of he with me,
That is how meet we.

For she is charmmy,
Fair and funny,
As fair as Beauty,
And sets my heart a funny.

For day pass day I saw,
Her word held me in awe,
Rhymes and pun made of metaphor,
I longer could not ignore.

For words I sent,
To her it went,
